train your business representatives in CISD.
First response services can help those most in need prepare themselves
to get through and get on. It can assist your employees in taking the
next step.

CISD provides the format to make that to happen.
From police and fire to social service agencies and teachers, being
prepared to deal with an emergency is the best way to ensure that you
can help your coworkers through the first step in dealing with trauma.
